Seaspan is looking for an experienced Manager of Human Resources to support the CFO organization as a dedicated HR partner. In this hybrid role, you will enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
As the HR Manager, you will work closely with the CFO and senior leadership teams, providing strategic guidance and hands-on HR support. Your expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design will be vital in driving workforce planning and ensuring effective change management. This position allows you to significantly influence business outcomes and engagement strategies across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide HR partnership to CFO leadership team
• Conduct workforce planning and succession activities
• Coach leaders on performance management and team effectiveness
• Lead change initiatives within the CFO group
• Utilize data insights for HR program improvement
Requirements:
• 10+ years of HR experience, especially in finance and IT areas
• Expertise in organizational change and talent development
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Solid HR analytics and communication skills
• CPHR certification preferred
