You will manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and communicate complex solutions to various stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation for Canadian clients
• Execute System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
• Conduct Payroll Parallel Reconciliation and hyper care support
• Utilize technical tools like HCM Data Loader and BI reporting
• Coordinate customer discussions regarding Payroll integrations
Requirements:
• 12+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM payroll implementation experience
• Expertise in Canadian Payroll and Pension processes
• Hands-on experience with Global Payroll/Absence Cloud
• Proven experience in managing project SDLC lifecycle
• Robust communication skills for technical and business audiences
