Key Responsibilities:
• Interview clients to identify necessary services
• Determine eligibility for social service programs
• Consistently document client progress and achievements
• Encourage emotional regulation and skill development
• Work with teams to implement personalized support plans

Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma or similar
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Valid Class G Driver's License
• Two Step TB Test requirement
• Experience with behavioral challenges is an asset
