Salary: $60,000-$120,000 per year

What you’ll be doing:
Source vehicles from private sellers through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, online classifieds, referrals, networking, and other channels
Identify and research vehicles that may be suitable for dealership inventory
Contact private sellers and build professional relationships
Negotiate vehicle purchases and work toward mutually beneficial agreements
Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle inspections




Follow up consistently with prospective sellers
Maintain knowledge of vehicle makes, models, pricing, and market conditions
Work closely with management throughout the acquisition process
Consistently operate in a professional and ethical manner
What we need from you:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident approaching and speaking with new people
Self-motivated and comfortable creating your own opportunities
Persistent, organized, and results-oriented
Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Automotive experience is preferred but not required
Sales, retail, hospitality, telephone sales, or customer-service experience is an asset
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving abstract
Ability to qualify for a VSA licence or already hold one
Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi language skills are an asset.
