Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals according to production sheets and recipes
• Monitor food safety and report equipment issues
• Conduct inventory counts and label food items
• Assist with special functions and collect food samples
• Clean and operate kitchen equipment safely

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of cooking experience required
• Red Seal Designation preferred
• Knowledge of Ontario Food Premises Regulation
• Strong communication skills in English
• Understanding of therapeutic diets for geriatric residents
