The Opportunity:
The Property Management Team has an opportunity for a permanent full-time Facility Service Worker position located in Buffalo Narrows.
As an integral part of our service-oriented team, you will maintain and service Property Management owned spaces to ensure a secure and productive environment for our customers and clients.
Under the direction of the Building Operator, you will be responsible for:
Providing day-to-day building maintenance and grounds-keeping
Assisting coworkers with various maintenance repairs
Ensuring visual life safety equipment is in good operating readiness
Performing assigned client requests, and
Maintaining maintenance records in the maintenance management system
Operating grounds equipment (manual and powered)
