Be an agent of change at FearIsNotLove as a dedicated Early Childhood Professional. This part-time role works Monday through Friday to help children reclaim their joy and safety.
Serving vulnerable children from 0 to 17 years old, you will create a safe, supportive environment at the Children’s Activity Center. Your expertise in child development and compassionate approach will directly impact families experiencing violence and adversity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate purposeful activities tailored to children’s needs
• Provide guidance to mothers on their child's experiences
• Maintain strict adherence to behavior management guidelines
• Document interactions and escalate risk concerns as needed
• Ensure a safe and clean play workplace
Requirements:
• Level 1 Early Childhood Educator Certificate mandatory
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices
• Up-to-date First Aid certifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential
