Are you an experienced Agile Delivery Manager ready to lead high-impact projects?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Agile Delivery Manager - Technical Projects. In this position, you will oversee the delivery of maintenance applications within a agile technology team, setting up and refining Agile processes, managing dependencies, and coordinating releases to ensure seamless application performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and refined

Coordinate release activities, dependencies, and milestones across teams

Track project finances and allocations using Clarity or similar tools

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to leadership personnel

Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, stakeholders, and other teams

Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done standards

Manage incoming project requests, dependencies, and release schedules

Support the setup and refinement of Agile workflows and best practices

Desired Skill-Set

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager in a technical environment





Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies

Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile management tools

Proficiency in sprint and Kanban management, backlog grooming, and release planning

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to effectively manage dependencies and coordinate cross-functional teams

Experience managing project budgets, including financial tracking

Strong organizational and leadership skills in fast-paced settings

Nice to Have

Scrum certification

Banking or financial services industry experience

Experience managing project budgets of approximately $1M

Knowledge of SRE or application support environments
