Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily tasks for Surveillance Operators
• Investigate and document unusual or suspicious activities
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers




• Train and coach new surveillance team members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma, post-secondary in Law or Security preferred
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in surveillance or security
• Strong leadership and observational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
