SYSTRA Canada is part of the SYSTRA group, an international consulting and engineering group, a world leader in the design of transport infrastructures. SYSTRA Canada is an engineering and consulting firm whose primary focus is to offer transportation solutions, whether for passengers or goods: feasibility studies of building a new railway line, increasing the capacity of the existing infrastructure, privatization of a railway.

The ALTO project is a major infrastructure initiative in Canadian history, aimed at developing over 1,000 km of new passenger rail service between major urban centers, including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec City.

Manage, structure, analyze, and standardize project data to support business and user requirements.

Develop and automate data processes and optimize tools across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to improve efficiency and data quality.

Build and maintain dashboards, visualizations, dataflows, and semantic models in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to monitor performance and generate insights.

Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs, deliver effective solutions, and support informed decision-making.

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Education: Bachelor's degree in in computer science, business intelligence, data analytics, statistics, business administration, or a related field.

An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Years of experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical skills: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including One

Lake, Dataflow Gen2, Data Factory, and Notebooks, for data ingestion,



storage, organization, transformation, and orchestration of analytics workflows.

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to design, maintain, and optimize semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Strong command of DAX and Power Query for data modeling, extraction, cleansing, transformation, and advanced analytics.

Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality principles.
