**Purpose of Role**
The Professional, Production Control, will be responsible for the oversight and accountability to the distribution partnership with 3PL partners in region.

This role will collaborate closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time service at the right cost.

This individual will also be involved with critical supply chain projects and solutions that shape the future of UA in the region.

This functions as a key leadership role in the region and a liaison between UA and its DH partners in the region.
**Your Impact**

Relationship Management

Develops and maintains relationships with 3PL DH partners

Facilitate business review meetings and ensures all requirements of contract are accounted for/executed within defined acceptable standards

Ensures accountability with 3PL partner to metrics & KPI's set forth in terms & agreements; developing action plans to improve and identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.

Takes responsibility within scope of the position and/or materials or projects managed to work with various cross-functional groups (such as Account Services, SAP, Procurement, Accounting, etc) to proactively and collaboratively resolve issues that may become barriers to successful execution

Develops and communicates updates to Leadership Team with clear timing and deliverables.





Assist in long-term capacity and network strategy initiatives.

DH & Logistics SME / Analyst

Develops into a subject matter expert for DH and flow of goods in region --from inbound to final delivery to customer;
will diagnose issues, and drive defined process improvements to support business results

Leverage data and systems to operate more efficiently

Project Management

Possess skills and related experience in project management, implementation/integration methodologies preferably within the 3PL industry.

This position functions as a key leadership role with projects related to extensions of existing client business or internal improvement.

Expectation to deliver successful projects while working within constraints of time, resource and budget.

Implements strategic initiatives for the 3YP and 5YP
**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of related experience working with data analytics (preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting); or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with Warehouse Management (WM) Order processing systems and data analysis preferred

Solid written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills•
Leverages data to support business recommendations and decisions

Identifies and synthesizes data to solve a complex problem, situation or issue.

Translates UA's strategy into team goals that are clear, specific and measurable.

Partners across teams to prioritize projects and resources.

Consistently cascades and shares information with others that's needed to perform their job, balancing transparency with confidentiality.

Partners with the right teammates at the right time to ensure diversity of thought and successful outcomes.

Communicates within and across teams to break down barriers and achieve team goals.

Highly skilled with MS Office programs (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills





Experience in the apparel industry strongly preferred

Project Management, Lean methodologies preferred
**Workplace Location**
**Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our
**Toronto** office.
**Work Schedule:** This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
**Travel:** Work primarily from UA office with the ability to travel between UA Office and NLS DC.
**Relocation**

**Base Compensation**
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 CAD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time.

Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers.
