If you have a track record of building profitable fixed operations departments, developing strong teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we''d like to talk.

Compensation

This is a commission-based leadership position.

Expected annual earnings:$200,000 to $300,000+, based on dealership performance.

Expect all service employees to provide common courtesy, instant guest acknowledgement.

Maintain the standard that every guest is provided with an accurate price quote and completion time estimate for any additional repairs or maintenance work recommended by the technician during the maintenance and repair process

Implement and manage a labor pricing strategy to allow both competitive ranking in the marketplace and retain maximum gross profit
