This role involves managing litigated customer claims and playing a pivotal role in regulatory affairs. You will analyze evidence and craft defense strategies while ensuring adherence to both Canadian and U.S. regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to advance compliance efforts and inform strategic decision-making at Air Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise consumer litigation files with external providers
• Analyze claims to formulate effective defense strategies
• Produce necessary court documentation timely
• Maintain databases to improve litigation efficiency
• Liaise with governmental bodies on regulatory matters

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor or equivalent; bar membership preferred
• 2-5 years in relevant legal practice
• Proficient in strategic analysis and problem-solving
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Must thrive in a team-oriented and changing environment
