Join the Institutional Sales & Service team at GSG, where your expertise will support clients across various channels throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales and Relationship Managers to enhance client relationships, respond to service requests, and maintain a collaborative approach to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to institutional clients
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests
• Resolve client issues in partnership with internal teams




• Manage client deliverables and ensure timely presentations
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support compliance reviews

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience in financial services
• 5 years' experience in fund management or banking
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
