Join Lakeshore as a Supervisor for Distribution & Collection and ensure productive water and wastewater systems management. Engage in leadership and operational oversight while complying with essential regulations.

In this newly formed role, you'll report to the Manager – Water and manage Lakeshore’s critical infrastructure. This includes oversight of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, maintenance schedules, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards. You will play a key role in community safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day activities of distribution and collection subsystems
• Supervise staff and provide focused leadership
• Ensure compliance with legislation and operational standards




• Monitor contractor work and maintain operational records
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance initiatives

Requirements:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
• Current Ontario Class 3 and Class 2 Operator’s Certificates
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of DWQMS standards
• Competency in SCADA software and Microsoft Office
