As a Lead Hand, you will support pipelayers, manage daily tasks, and assist in leading crews on various water and sewer projects. With a focus on communication and safety, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating workflow and ensuring projects are completed efficiently. Your responsibilities will include reading grade sheets, setting up batter boards, and conducting daily safety meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist pipelayers in maintaining accurate pipe grades
• Set up batter boards for accurate installations




• Support crew leadership and workflow
• Manage tools and equipment effectively
• Promote adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Lead Hand experience
• Proficiency in shooting grades with Rod and Level
• Clean Driver's Abstract and valid Driver's License
• Reliable personal vehicle for transportation
• CSA approved steel-toed boots with ankle support
