Key Responsibilities:
• Establish trusting relationships with Managers and Franchisees
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and evaluations
• Audit operations for compliance with brand standards
• Coach teams to inspire behavior changes
• Identify gaps and share results with Managers and Franchisees

Requirements:
• 5 years in Multi-Unit Franchise Restaurants
• Experience in Operations is beneficial
• MAPAQ Certification in Food Hygiene and Safety
• Solid communication and conflict management skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
