Key Responsibilities:
• Complete thorough inspections and repairs of fitness club facilities
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and equipment maintenance
• Organize inventory for repairs and tool supplies
• Maintain a clean and protected workspace
• Respond effectively to on-call situations
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance
• Valid Driver's license is necessary
• High school diploma or GED required
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
