Dillon is seeking a technically strong Intermediate Coastal Engineer to join their Water Resources discipline. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary coastal projects, conduct comprehensive hydrotechnical assessments, and provide mentorship to junior staff. Your strong communication skills and collaborative mindset will enable you to effectively Liaise with clients and regulators while fostering a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage coastal engineering project teams
• Conduct hydrotechnical assessments for diverse environments




• Prepare technical reports and design documents
• Mentor junior engineers and designers
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for project success

Requirements:
• Degree in civil, environmental, or coastal engineering
• 4-7 years of consulting industry experience
• Proficiency in Matlab or Python for data analysis
• Experience with coastal hydrodynamic modeling suites
• Eligibility for Qualified Engineer registration preferred
