technology and services practices to evaluate and develop new offeringsQualificationsBased in the Toronto, Ontario area7+ years of technology leadership experience, including leading, operating or supporting manufacturing and/or distribution environmentsExperience developing information technology solutions and applying them to industrial operationsExperience in process manufacturing industries is a plus (e.G., pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, food & beverage)Ability to work through uncertainty and incomplete data setsAbility to extract and synthesize relevant information from various sources to provide insights to internal and external customersAbility to work independently yet collaborate well with teams across the organizationExperience in data analysis, financial analysis, process design, and general system knowledgeStrong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)Strong relationship‑building skillsAbility to travel up to 20‑50 % (generally planned, but occasionally on short notice)Salary Estimate:The current base pay range for this position is 204,000.00 to 239,000.00 Canadian dollars annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure, certification and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
