Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot ERP and business system tickets
• Understand user requirements and provide solutions
• Develop Business Central extensions with AL
• Maintain documentation and user training
• Enhance system integrations and APIs

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Expertise in AL and Visual Studio Code
• Solid management of multiple support tickets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
