Your role will involve coordinating resources to foster a culture of continuous improvement. By managing maintenance resources effectively, you'll help guarantee safety and operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate facility and plant maintenance in a cost-effective way
• Support the operations team through training and best practices
• Supervise maintenance shutdown planning and execution




• Review and validate Standard Operating Procedures regularly
• Maintain the Quality Assurance program for maintenance

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or mechanical discipline
• 10-15 years of supervisory maintenance experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Robust interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient in multi-tasking and work prioritization
