Become an integral part of Stantec’s mission to provide clean water solutions as a Water Resources Engineer. Focus on irrigation design and hydrological analysis in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

In this intermediate role, you will contribute to essential projects aimed at improving agricultural irrigation systems. You will also mentor junior staff, oversee project designs, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Gain hands-on experience with both fieldwork and office-based project management to drive successful outcomes in irrigation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate reports and designs for irrigation projects
• Lead the design process from initial concepts to execution
• Provide guidance on irrigation design standards




• Work on field investigations when necessary
• Support proposal preparation and team training efforts

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in irrigation
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• Must be a registered P.Eng with APEGA
• Familiarity with hydraulic modeling Software such as MikeUrban
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License needed
