Our Accounting team is seeking an experienced payroll professional who can manage multi-jurisdictional payroll and ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations. You will oversee payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality in employee data. Solid leadership skills are necessary to support and train the payroll team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle payroll processing for all employees
• Ensure compliance with CPP, EI, and income tax regulations
• Conduct month-end and year-end audit preparations




• Maintain accurate records while prioritizing data security
• Train and delegate tasks within the payroll team

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of payroll experience, supervisory preferred
• PCP or PLP designation required
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll law
• Proficient in payroll software and spreadsheets
• Experience with RRSP program administration
