Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will lead a unionized team of 18-20 maintenance employees responsible for maintaining and repairing food production equipment. This role requires a strong focus on preventive maintenance, maximizing equipment life, and fostering team cohesion. Your creativity and proactive approach will be key in this fast-paced operational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Ensure safety and food hygiene compliance




• Plan and manage crew schedules
• Empower team through delegation and support
• Identify and address technical issues collaboratively

Requirements:
• Diploma in industrial mechanics or electrotechnics
• 3-5 years supervising a unionized maintenance team
• Experience in food production, preferred
• Solid computer skills, especially in Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
