As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities
Your Role:

As a product-focused lead within the Data Transformation Office, you will partner with the Transformation Office leadership team to bring structure, governance, and product thinking to our API platform initiative. Drawing on your project governance background and hands‑on analytics exposure, you will translate high-level business needs into a clear product roadmap, user stories, and delivery milestones. You will help shape how our APIs are designed, consumed, and evolved — turning a technical asset into a well‑managed product that internal teams and clients can depend on.

Integration and Delivery

Design API and data solutions in alignment with our business objectives

Work with Citco platform owners and gain understanding of system data and architecture





Partner with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs

Create API mock-ups and designs for potential solutions.

Create and maintain extensive documentation — including API catalogs, consumer guides, and decision logs — to enable self‑service knowledge dissemination

Co‑ordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation and deployment

Build data or analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to our team

Product Management

Contribute to the API product vision and align the roadmap to strategic goals

Through partnership with the business, define, sponsor and steer API product initiatives

Create and refine backlog of user stories that align with business objectives

Influence and guide technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery

Maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends, API standards, and competitor offerings

Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality

Translate light‑touch data analysis (SQL, basic scripting) into product hypotheses and feature ideas

Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements





Qualifications
About You

10+ years’ experience working with data and within the financial services industry

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting

Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI

Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi‑task

Excellent communication skills relaying business concepts to technology teams

Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus

Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scum Product Owner a plus

Familiarity with AWS is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Visio)

Salary Range: CAD$103,000 - 137,000
