TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Plant Manager for our Kitchener, ON facility. You will provide overall leadership and accountability for plant operations, focusing on safety, quality, throughput, and cost management to meet business objectives.
You will partner with site leadership to drive engagement, productivity, and continuous improvement while fostering a high-performing work setting. This is a full-time, on-site role on first shift with some shift flexibility.
