SOTI seeks a Senior Workday System Analyst to drive efficiency in HCM, Payroll, and Recruitment. In this role, you’ll own complex projects and deliver strategic solutions that enhance business processes. You'll work with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with their functional vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and implement changes in Workday HCM and Payroll
• Assess impact of changes on business processes and integrations

Requirements:
