As the new Content Lead at Pioneer Fund, you will manage content creation and social media strategies for our diverse portfolio. This role combines a keen editorial eye with effective project management to ensure our founders’ stories are heard. You’ll engage regularly with founders and coordinate various content formats to establish a solid media presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and oversee content publication for maximum impact
• Work directly with founders on announcements and social media strategies
• Develop and manage webinars from inception to follow-up




• Expand existing podcast and interview formats
• Amplify Pioneer Fund’s voice across LinkedIn and X

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in content or social media
• Proven ability to grow audience and content reach
• Technical skills in using AI tools for content improvement
• Solid knowledge of publishing tools and social management frameworks
• Interest in technology with emphasis on startup engagement
