In this critical role, you will report to the Reliability Leader and oversee a team of stationary engineers. Your leadership will foster a positive work culture while complying with TSASK regulations. Engage in preventative maintenance program development, perform daily inspections, and manage data recording to ensure plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach the Powerhouse team on safety and efficiency
• Oversee compliance with TSASK regulations during operations
• Execute and review preventative maintenance plans
• Inspect key equipment like steam boilers and compressors
• Monitor systems using a Building Automation System
Requirements:
• Valid 2nd Class Stationary Engineer with Refrigeration “A” certification
• Minimum 5 years as a Chief Stationary Engineer
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Experience in developing Preventative Maintenance Plans
• Knowledge of CMMS & Process Software
