Intermediate Instructional Designer to co-creates and review learning solution development using Articulate Rise and other learning experience frameworks (Req 355) Our energy & resources client is seeking a Learning Build Contractor (7-12 years) to develop learning solutions using instructional design, LMS, and digital learning content
Calgary-based office,. candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary. 37.5 hour work week
Must Haves
7+ years of experience in Instructional Design focusing on learning solution development , instructional design , and digital learning content
Experience with LMS , e-learning authoring tools , and virtual learning platforms
Experience creating Project plans , timelines , milestones , and learning initiatives coordination
Design thinking , learner experience frameworks , and adult learning principles
Strong Nice to Have
Experience in the energy/utilities sector
Responsibilities
Co-create and review learning objectives, storyboards, assessments, facilitator guides, participant materials, and digital learning content
Evaluate learning effectiveness and incorporate feedback into program improvements
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for learning initiatives
Coordinate work across stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors
Identify risks and manage dependencies to keep projects on track




Co-design on-demand and instructor-led development offerings with external vendors
Leverage technology and AI tools to support learning design and development
Must Haves
