As a pivotal player in the Advisory team, you will oversee M&A; assignments and drive capital markets initiatives. With at least 4-5 years of relevant experience, you will manage both internal and external client relationships and conduct detailed financial evaluations. Your entrepreneurial spirit will help generate recent business opportunities and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead advisory assignments, from sell to buy side
• Develop and maintain client relationships effectively
• Conduct market research and financial analysis

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or related field
• 4-5 years in capital markets/corporate finance
• CPA, CFA, or CBV designation preferred
• Autonomous and detail-oriented with strong initiative
• Willingness to travel when necessary
