Cariboo Memorial Hospital features 31 beds and various units including emergency, intensive care, and operating rooms, ensuring a diverse surgical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general surgical procedures in a community hospital
• Teach and mentor UBC students and residents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team




• Provide emergency surgical coverage as needed
• Participate in surgical outreach programs

Requirements:
• Medical degree with a specialization in General Surgery
• Commitment to community health and teaching
• Experience or interest in diverse surgical practices
• License to practice in British Columbia
