Key Responsibilities:
• Manage design team operations and performance reviews
• Forecast workload and analyze project progress




• Update accounting systems for accurate marketing data
• Represent Introba in client and stakeholder meetings
• Train staff in design processes and quality control

Requirements:
• Over 6 years of HVAC and plumbing design experience
• 5-10 years in mechanical site inspections
• Familiarity with BC Building Code
• Minimum 5 years project management in engineering
• Qualified Engineer designation or equivalent
