Join the City of North Bay as a Recreational Program Leader, offering $17.60/hour plus vacation pay. Help facilitate engaging after-school programs for kids ages 6-12.

We are looking to fill 4-6 positions for our After School Programs operating Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will work directly with children, supervising and coordinating activities that promote health, wellness, and creativity. Additional paid opportunities may arise through camps and special community events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the program and report writing
• Supervise and guide program participants aged 6-12
• Coordinate various physical and artistic activities
• Assist with homework and promote healthy habits
• Complete necessary program documentation

Requirements:
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Recent Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector
• Skills in leadership and child supervision
• Preference for bilingual candidates
• Degree in Recreation or Concurrent Education is beneficial
