ERP Change Management Specialist – SAP Transformation
Contract: October to December 2026
Our client is looking for an experienced ERP Change Management Specialist to support an upcoming SAP ERP transformation .
The role will focus on current-state process discovery, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities across Hire to Retire (H2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Plan to Budget (P2B) .
Key Requirements:
5+ years of change management experience
Robust ERP business process and process mapping experience
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions
Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, readiness, communications, training, and adoption
Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
Preferred:
SAP SuccessFactors / H2R experience
Prosci or CCMP certification
Public-sector or municipal experience
LeanIX exposure
Rate: Approximately $100–$125/hour , depending on experience.
