Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business IntelligenceSpecialist with robust expertise in data architecture, Power BI development,and enterprise reporting solutions. This role combines strategic dataarchitecture responsibilities with hands-on development of businessintelligence solutions to support enterprise analytics and reporting needs.

This is an onsite position requiring attendance five daysper week.

Key Responsibilities Data Architecture (Approximately 40%) CreateData Flow Diagrams.

DesignConceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Models.

DevelopDatabricks Lakehouse architecture and design.

DesignPower BI Semantic Models.

Createrole models and security frameworks, including Row-Level Security (RLS).

DevelopData Governance Frameworks.

CreatePerformance and Capacity Plans.

Designenvironments and CI/CD pipeline structures.

DefineNon-Functional Requirements.

PrepareArchitecture Review and Sign-Off Packages.

Power BI Development (Approximately 60%) Designand develop Power BI semantic models.

Connectand integrate Databricks data sources.

DevelopDAX measures and KPI calculations.

Builddashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.

Configuresecurity models and Row-Level Security (RLS).

Optimizereport and query performance.

Supporttesting, deployment, and implementation activities.

Preparetechnical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications Business Intelligence & Analytics Skills 7+years of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics experience.

5+years of Power BI development experience.

Expert-levelknowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

AdvancedSQL and data warehouse development experience.

Experiencedesigning enterprise semantic models and reporting architectures.

Strongstakeholder management and leadership skills.





Experiencementoring developers and leading BI initiatives.

7+years of data architecture experience.

Expertknowledge of dimensional modeling, star schemas, and enterprise datawarehouse design.

Strongexperience designing Power BI semantic models and enterprise reportingsolutions.

Expertisewith Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and SQL Server.

Experienceimplementing data governance, security, and performance optimizationstrategies.

Abilityto translate business requirements into scalable data architecturesolutions.

Business Analysis Skills Experienceworking with business stakeholders to identify and gather requirements forBI enhancements and issue resolution.

Strongdata analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.

Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strongverbal and written communication skills.

Effectiveinterpersonal and negotiation skills.

Public Sector Experience 3years of public sector and/or healthcare experience preferred.

Mandatory Requirements 5+years of Power BI development experience.

7+years of data architecture experience.
