The Underground Foreman will oversee field crews, driving daily operations for underground civil construction projects. With 5-10+ years of relevant experience, your expertise will guide labor coordination, equipment use, and materials management. You will ensure adherence to specifications, safety standards, and productivity targets throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage underground utility construction crews
• Coordinate labor needs, equipment, and project materials
• Install water, sanitary,



and storm systems to specifications
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and grades
• Ensure proper trenching and excavation safety practices

Requirements:
• 5-10+ years in underground civil construction
• Proven leadership experience as a Foreman
• Strong knowledge of underground systems installation
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
• Familiarity with laser or GPS grade systems
