Shape the future of Saskatchewan's credit unions as the Regulatory Director for the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation. Oversee risk management practices and enhance depositor assurance across PRFIs.

Reporting to the Associate Vice-President of Supervision, you’ll manage key supervisory frameworks that mitigate financial risks. This position demands sharp analytical skills, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Your leadership will be key in accomplishing corporate objectives within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of financial performance reviews
• Evaluate effectiveness of risk management activities
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all approval requests




• Champion the risk-based supervisory framework improvements
• Build relationships with executives and board members

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in financial services
• Profound knowledge in financial analysis and credit
• Robust ability to interpret policies and regulations
• Experience presenting to stakeholders beneficial
