Your focus will be on identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities while working with sector leaders and technical experts to ensure successful project outcomes. Your leadership will be integral to developing a skilled team and advancing Stantec's influence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute growth strategies in the Mining sector
• Lead major strategic project pursuits
• Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Ensure sector opportunity accuracy in market pipeline
• Participate in branding and promotional strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years of experience in the sector
• Proven track record in project management
• Ability to mentor and lead diverse teams
• Must be willing to travel up to 20%
