The Surrey School District is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Tradesperson to join their staff. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced technician in Millwright, HVAC, or Gas Fitting, your contribution will support the maintenance of over 140 school facilities. You'll enjoy a balanced work-life with access to quality tools and a fantastic work workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct HVAC installations and service tasks across facilities
• Collaborate with a small team of maintenance professionals
• Perform repairs and renovations efficiently




• Manage maintenance tools and equipment in compliance with safety
• Document services performed and maintenance logs

Requirements:
• BCTQ in a relevant trade: Millwright, Gas Fitter, or Refrigeration
• Valid Class “B” Gas Ticket; Class “A” is an asset
• Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems
• Class 5 BC Driver’s license required
• Good physical fitness to complete job responsibilities
