In this critical managerial role, you will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and oversee a team of 3 to 4 analysts. Your focus will include annual budgeting, producing insightful financial analyses, and guiding executives towards operational improvements. You'll utilize advanced analytics and AI tools to deliver financial insights that are actionable and critical for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting initiatives
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior leadership




• Mentor and coach FP&A; analysts to enhance team performance
• Create presentations for board meetings and corporate dashboards
• Assess business plans through risk evaluations and sensitivity analyses

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; CPA, MBA or CFA preferred
• 7-10 years of finance/accounting experience
• 5+ years in financial analysis at a managerial level
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced financial tools is a plus
• Bilingual in French and English required
