This is a seasonal job from mid-September for 3-4 weeks, requiring commitment to a demanding schedule of 10-14 hours daily, seven days a week. As an operator, you will be responsible for safely managing farm equipment, maintaining daily operational standards, and contributing to the team’s efficiency. Your ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management will support daily operations and collaboration on tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate recovery tractors and farm equipment




• Conduct daily equipment maintenance and checks
• Communicate effectively with management and team members
• Perform general labor duties like potato grading
• Contribute feedback for operational improvements

Requirements:
• Experience operating heavy farm equipment
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Experience in farm operations is a plus
