Taghibiglou Laboratory seeks a skilled Research Technician to support neuroscience research related to concussion, neurodegenerative diseases, and brain tumors. The position requires a strong foundation in life sciences—candidates should hold at least a BSc or MSc. You will engage in buffer preparations, cell culture, and conduct in vivo experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in buffer preparation and cell culture tasks
• Conduct SDS-PAGE experiments including Western blotting
• Handle rodent models for in vivo research
• Perform tissue homogenization and qPCR experiments
• Maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of research laboratory experience
• Degree in Life Sciences (BSc or MSc)
• Proficiency in cell culture and SDS-PAGE techniques
• Familiarity with qPCR and animal handling
• Strong organizational and communication skills
