This position requires a commitment to exceptional service while managing day-to-day yard operations. Reporting to the Lumber Manager, you will assist in loading and unloading freight, maintain equipment, and ensure protected material handling. Your skills will directly contribute to fostering community connections and enhancing the cooperative’s impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service with a positive approach
• Safely load/unload freight and materials
• Maintain organized storage and cleanliness in the yard
• Operate tools and equipment responsibly
• Participate in Health and Safety programs at Co-op

Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Class 3 license is a plus
• Retail or lumber experience preferred
• Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
• Commitment to cooperative values and principles
