The Opportunity We're looking for Welders to join our production team in Glencoe, ON. This is a hands‑on production welding role working primarily with MIG processes and carbon steel to fabricate the parts and assemblies that form the foundation of our equipment.
Depending on your experience and production assignment, you may focus on fitting and tacking assemblies, final weld‑out, or a combination of both.



Our Welders work from engineering drawings and blueprints, fit and align components using fixtures and measuring tools, and produce clean, consistent welds that meet our quality and engineering standards.
What You'll Do Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and weld symbols
Perform MIG welding, fitting and tacking on carbon and stainless steel
Fit, align and position components using fixtures, measuring tools and layout techniques
Produce clean, consistent welds that meet dimensional, structural and appearance requirements
Inspect your own work for weld quality and dimensional accuracy
Set up and adjust welding equipment for assigned work
Safely move and position materials using overhead cranes and hoists
Maintain a clean, organized and secure work area
Work with your Supervisor, Quality and other production team members to resolve issues and keep work moving through production
