SOAR Community Services seeks a skilled Art Therapist in Brantford to support individuals with addictions and mental health challenges. Utilize a strengths-based approach to enhance client recovery.

In this full time role, you will provide individual and group Art Therapy sessions as part of the Addictions and Mental Health program. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure clients receive tailored support. Your work will include facilitating art-based activities and promoting the benefits of Art Therapy in community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individual and group art therapy sessions
• Collaborate with clinicians to set therapy goals
• Facilitate art-based workshops for staff education




• Engage in community events to promote Art Therapy
• Assist in the individualized support plans for clients

Requirements:
• Degree from an accredited Art Therapy Program
• Current registration with a recognized governing body
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office and database management
• Valid transportation access for client visits
