What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners in their homes to discuss remodeling needs

Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers





Design customized bathroom remodeling solutions

Present products, pricing, and financing options

Create accurate project proposals and quotes

Guide customers through the decision-making process

Maintain follow-up communication and deliver exceptional customer service

Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

Sales experience preferred, especially in-home sales, home improvement, retail, or commission-based environments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong closing and relationship-building abilities

Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed

Professional appearance and presentation skills

Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Coachable, goal-oriented, and committed to personal growth
