This permanent, full-time role focuses on overseeing the maintenance and repair of roads while ensuring safety and efficiency. You will report directly to the Director and support operational strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage overall road maintenance service delivery
• Lead and develop supervisors and staff in the field
• Coordinate budgets and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar
• Five or more years of management experience in road maintenance
• Required CET designation through ASET
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid class 5 driver's license required upon hire
