With a focus on safety and operational efficiency, you will perform a variety of technical tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, to maintain 36 properties across Calgary. This role requires attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills to keep our facilities in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks
• Inspect building systems for issues




• Assist with unit turnovers and repairs
• Document work orders in management software
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of building maintenance experience
• Robust technical knowledge of building systems
• Problem-solving abilities for complex tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license for travel
